To begin the application process, you must first review and agree to the contents of the Region 4 Inspire Texas Handbook.

By checking this box, I understand that Region 4 only offers certification services to the following regions in addition to Region 4:

Region 4
Region 12
Region 15
Region 17
Region 18 (Andrews ISD and Midland ISD only)

If you proceed with your application and you are not located geographically in the above regions, you will be automatically disapproved and there will be no refunds for the application fee.
